Workspaces
With a dramatic design shift to better accommodate tablets and mobile devices, there was a need to create a landing screen for each of the application's workspaces. This overview page allows each user persona to see a view of the application tailored to their specific job role and data security. Many of these workspaces include analytic components giving the user a high level view of the entities contained within their workspace.
We can see examples of two of these personas below.
The Plan Designer
This persona is responsible for creating and maintaining compensation plans and the participants assigned to those plans. Additionally, it has a view of the credits and earnings generated by the application services. Conditional access is given to 3 workspaces via top level navigation. Task level navigation is accessible via an expandable list of common workspace tasks secured by privileges.
The Analyst
Analysts are given conditional access to credits & earnings, assignments, participants and payments for the purpose of managing and investigating disputes.
