Creating compensation plans is inherently a complicated design process. In an effort to ease the creation of the plans, I designed a goal focused template selection process from a new library of components.
Compensation plans use a collection of components to calculate earnings for a participant of the plan. A set of filters and a library of templates provides the plan designer a way to select the correct component to configure for their needs.
The decision making process of the plan designer starts with a simple question. Bonus or Commission?
